Why should I use GoBunc?
GoBunc helps you find a travel mate who is travelling to your vicinity; Once you find your travel mate (fellow buncer) you can travel together and split that fare reducing it to half of what you would pay otherwise.
When and where is GoBunc available in my city?
GoBunc is functional in Bangalore, Pune and Jaipur currently.
Can I use GoBunc Service in any part of the city?
You can use GoBunc from any cluster locations in the operating city to your desired destination (within 100 miles from selected city's location).
Who can use GoBunc?
GoBunc can be used by anyone who wants to share their ride with a fellow buncer and save their travel cost, using that money into something they love.
How do I Sign up?
You need to enter your phone number & email address to sign up to GoBunc in seconds. Additionally you have to enter your name & gender to complete the sign up. Fill in the details when the pop up appears, verify using OTP and you're done!.
Why do I need to sign up and is it free?
You need to sign-up as a Buncer in order to search for a co-traveller. It is completely free, quick and easy to join GoBunc for anyone.
Why do you need my email?
We ask all buncers for an email address in order to notify about their fellow-buncers and other useful information. Also we require your email to keep you updated about our new launches and offers so you can avail the benefits.
Why must I provide my phone number?
We ask for a mobile number because it is essential for verifying your account. We want to make sure you have the access to phone number entered once you start using GoBunc services!
Why can't I verify my phone number?
If the 4 digit numeric verification code to verify your number didn't reach you, it might be because:
  1. The number is already used by someone else.
  2. Your mobile network connection is not weak or it's not available.
  3. SMSs are blocked by your carrier.
Why can't I sign in?
Please ensure you have put in all the correct details in order to complete the process. If still you are unable to do so, please contact us at contact@gobunc.com.
Why am I not receiving any emails from GoBunc?
The possible reasons why you no longer receive our email notifications.
  1. Check that you didn't make a mistake in your email address when you registered.
  2. Check that our messages are not sent to your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. If this is the case, open one of our messages then click on "This message is safe!" or "Not junk".
  3. Your mailbox might have reached limit for receiving incoming emails. Please free up space to receive emails.
What incase my account gets hacked?
Please contact us on - contact@gobunc.com, specifying the problem encountered.
How can I see My Profile?
You can see your profile on GoBunc home page under the top right menu in My Account
Where can I see my "Find match" requests' history?
You can go to My Account ( top right menu on GoBunc home page) to find the option of viewing your history under "Ride History".
Where can I see my "Current Match" if I accidentally closed the match result tab?
You can go to My Account ( top right menu on GoBunc home page) and check "Current Match" to see your latest match details.
Is it possible to change the name and email address under a profile?
You can change name and email information from My Account -> My Profile tab from top right menu on GoBunc home page.
Does GoBunc save my payment information?
GoBunc does not save your payment information, any payment you make using our partnered payment gateways gets credited to your wallet and only deducted once you are matched to a person going towards your selected destination.
What should I do if I do not wish to receive promotional emails?
Under such circumstance we would appreciate your feedback and the reason for stopping messages from us. Please contact us on contact@gobunc.com.
What do you mean by fellow buncer?
GoBunc helps you find a travel mate who is travelling to your vicinity; the suggested travel-mate is called a fellow buncer.
Do I need to provide more information other name my name and destination address?
Once you make the payment for GoBunc service fees, you will need to update your current status like when did you land, waiting at baggage claim, ready to board etc). You will also need to let us know how much luggage are you carrying.
Why does GoBunc need my status and luggage information for finding a match?
GoBunc wants to make sure you get the best match in fastest time, we need additional information to suggest you best match based on your status and number of luggage you are carrying.
What if I don't find a fellow buncer according to my preference?
We shall try our best to find a match according to your preference, but under any circumstance if we are not able to match you as per your preference then we shall provide you with the available options. You will not be charged any transaction amount in case we are unable to find you a match.
How do I contact my fellow bouncer?
You can place a call from the call button of your matched card window.
Where do I meet my fellow buncer?
Please meet your co-buncer at the meeting point mentioned. You can choose to connect with the co-buncer.
Can I cancel a Match and find another one?
Sure you can. You will find an option on your screen to find another match. You will need to cancel the Match on your Match screen by clicking on "Cancel" button and you will be directed to home page.
How can I give a feedback on the fellow buncer?
We are under the process of creating an easier way to do that. As of now just contact us and we are all ears for that.
How do I split my fare with the fellow buncer?
The whole idea of GoBunc is to let you split the fare into half traveling from any cluster locations to destinations within the city. In cases, where one of your distances is higher, we will let you know a percentage split agreeable to both the parties. We are yet to release that functionality.
What incase fellow buncer does not pay me his share after we share the ride?
GoBunc doesn't take responsibility in such cases. However, we can try to help you by contacting that person on your behalf.
What if I forget to pay my share to fellow buncer?
You can reach out to us through our contact us page for any such issues or concerns.
Why can't I sign in?

How do I identify my fellow buncer?
You will be able to place a call directly through the call button option. We are not revealing co-buncers contact details for security reasons.
Where can I see my fellow buncer's information if I accidentally closed the window?
You can go to My Account ( top right menu on GoBunc home page) and check "Current Match" to see your latest match details.
Will my phone number be shared with anyone?
Be completely relaxed, your phone number will not be revealed to any of the buncers.
Will my address be shared with all buncers ?
The location that you put in while finding a match will be revealed to your fellow buncer and vice versa. Your address will not be shared with any other buncer.
I have been trying for sometime now and can't find a match?
There might not be any buncers going to same destination as yours during that time of the day; in such cases we suggest you to try after sometime.
How are users matched with each other?
The users are matched according to each others nearest destinations.
How can I contact fellow buncer after I shared the ride?
We don't have any policy of revealing phone number or email id of your current or previous co-buncer. We shall try to help you in any other way possible depending upon the reason for contacting.
Does GoBunc help with booking ride?
No GoBunc doesn't help in booking any cabs. You and your co-buncer can decide on the mode of transport convenient to y'all.
How do I and fellow buncer book the cab?
You can choose any mode of transport or cab service which is convenient for you and your co-buncer.
Which medium can I use to book my transport?
It is completely between you and your fellow buncer to choose your transport. Book a cab, take an auto-rickshaw or get a cab from the departure spot. You could use GoBunc even when you have your private vehicle and find a fellow buncer to accompany you in the journey, splitting the cost of fuel.
Is it possible to change the name and email address under a profile?

You can change name and email information from My Account -> My Profile tab from top right menu on GoBunc home page.
Does GoBunc save my payment information?
GoBunc does not save your payment information, any payment you make using our payment gateways will only be utilised once you have found a match.
Will I get a refund in case of cancellation?
You will be refunded if you have cancelled within 3 minutes.
How do I cancel the Match if I decide not to share a ride with fellow bouncer?
You will need to cancel the Match on your Match screen by clicking "Cancel" button and you will be directed to home page where you can start a new "Find a Match" request
What if my fellow buncer cancels the match?
We will put you back to searching and find you another match.
What if my fellow buncer refuses to travel with me?
We will get you another match. If we are unable to, you will inform you.
How much do I need to pay for finding a match?
We charge a small amount like -
INR - 5
USD - 1
HKD - 1
SGD - 1
TBH - 5
AED - 1

How do I make the payment?
You can use either PayTM,Internet banking,UPI, Debit/Credit card, PayPal to make payment.Incase you find issues in making the payment, please contact us at contact@gobunc.com
Why was my payment declined?
Potential reasons could be your account is low on balance or the bank you are trying to make payment to is rejecting for reasons unknown to us. You can contact Paytm and Razorpay in any case for further issues
Why am I not able to make payment after multiple attempts?
We will encourage you to try again. We support various payment methods such as PayTM, UPI , internet banking, credit/debit card and PayPal. If you are still facing any issue, please contact your bank
What should I do if I was charged more than once for one Match request?
  1. Please contact us and we will make sure you are refunded the extra which was charged.
Where will i get a refund of my payment?
You shall get a refund of your payment in the medium through which you made a payment to us.
Under what conditions will my amount be refunded?

You shall be refunded under below circumstances:
  1. You cancel the Match
  2. If you've been charged wrongly.
